Nowadays, meditation advantages are mentioned in many researches because results of practicing meditation are much more. Anyone who has practiced mediation for some period of time will get good effects both on body and mind.

Good places for practicing meditation are the place with good temperature and good environments. The good place will help our mind easily go into the deep peaceful mind during meditating.
