Is it possible to control our unpleasure feelings? The answer is yes. We can control our emotions. To clear our mood during a terrible time, we should practice basic meditation. You can only practise a simple meditation for only 15 minutes a day. Anyone can practise meditation because there are many ways to practise meditation.
Luangphor Viriyang Sirintharo, the founder and master teacher of Will Power Institute in Thailand, recommends meditating for 15 minutes once a day is enough for your daily life. Consistently meditating will help to improve our consciousness as well as our emotions.
How meditation helps us to get rid of our thinking and bad mood?

Below are the simple steps to practise meditating.
1. Find a quiet place.
2. Sit on the floor or the chair. Sitting cross-legged is recommended if you prefer sitting on the floor. (put your right leg on your left leg and your right hand on your left hand.)
3. Intend that you will meditate for how many minutes. Then close your eyes.
4. Pray a few words such as “Buddho, Buddho, Buddho” in your mind. You can use the word about your Lord or some similar words. Keypoint is that words must have any meaning that can lead you to be emotional.
5. For the first time, try to pray for only 5 minutes for the first day. After that, try to increase praying in your mind during your sitting of 15 minutes a day. Try to practise meditating consistently at the same time every day. If you can do this for at least one month, you will see the difference in your mind. You will be calmer and will be less temper or emotions.
