We can practice meditation by walking

If you have tried to meditate by walking 30 minutes, and then meditate on sitting 30 minutes too. Practicing in this way on every single day for one month, you will feel something changed in your emotion, such as anger or sadness.

The consistency of mediting provided the efficiency of our emotion controling. Once you get angry, you can feel it and warn yourself before you act in any bad way. This is the evidence that your consciousness has been improved. We have to say “Congratulations 🎉”. Your skill of meditation have already been up level.

Practicing meditation can help us have good mental health.
