Why 15-minute practicing meditation should be included in our daily timetable.

Practicing meditation is more significant at this moment because many people are facing much bad emotional during the working day. So if we prepare our mind by having enough power mind before going outside for working or any activity, it will be safer for your feelings. We will be able to stand on anger, depression, or sadness during the day.

More over, 15-minute of practicing meditation will help our brain to manage the good priority of jobs and make good decisions on the importance jobs too.

This is why we should practice meditation once we wake up in the morning 🌄.

When we wake up in the morning, our mind have not yet received many things to think about, therefore it is the best time to start practicing meditation. Just relax and use only 15 minutes is enough time to get power mind for a day. If we practice meditation after many other activities during the day, it may be more difficult to go into the status of peaceful mind. The messy environments you get during the day can easily lead your mind to bad emotions and make you clam down more difficult.
