This is a true story of my experience on practicing meditation only 15 minutes a day.

In 2022, I have joined the 3-day cours of meditation practicing with a group of about 20 peoples who have ever studied meditation instructor course from Will Power Institue, Thailand.

In 1999, I used to practice medition 15 minutes once a day for a full period of 3 monthes. I have practiced for every single day at that time.


Do you want to know what had happened to me after completed practicing meditation every single day for 3 months?
There were some changes had happened to my mind as followings.
- Increased the ability of mind and emotion controlling
- Made the correct focusing and managing the significant problems according to priority
- More reasonable and compassion
I was very surprised. I was very conscious for my thinking and my emotion. Why?
